We loved inside the water villa, the breakfast buffet was great! The hotel is beautiful but I think still under renovation, as there was some construction going on. The water villas would look nicer obviously if the water came up higher but was low tide when we stayed which is out of their control, but just doesn’t obviously look as nice walking through to the room as u can see the muddy area and bottom of water villa… but inside amazed us, we loved our room with jacuzzi outside. The hotel does probably need some reno, just to refresh some areas. But overall we did love our stay!!

The friendly hotel staffs that made our stay bearable. They did their job well even and always smiling inspite of stressful times. They all deserve salary raise from the hotel management sitting comfortably in Manila. Location is nice and how we wish the management will do more to preserve the Mangrove forests there and not to put up expensive Water Villas on it. Please get rid of the garbage near the Water Villas. The pool is lovely. Kudos to the guy cleaning on the pool. Love the shower because of the great water pressure.

Pool was great. Staff was excellent. Food and drinks were good. Excursions were fun. Breakfast was ok. Resort grounds are beautiful even with the construction . Place is kid friendly and safe.

close to the airport, all the staff were very nice especially the pool attendant/lifeguard (Jayson) who went above and beyond when ever our daughter was in the lovely pool area!

We like the service, staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all. The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.

The facility was overall beautiful and perfect for Paradise Holiday Destination Relaxing. Great View of the Beach. Has Pool. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Princesa Garden Resort and Spa Would definitely come back again.

The pool is amazing and huge! They have many rooms with direct pool access from your room slider. The on-site Italian restaurant is great too. The room was very clean and neat. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
